Hide Exit Button in Access 2007

Hi. I need to hide the Exit Button (upper right-corner X) in Access 2007.
Everything I've read thusfar details how to do this in pre-2007.

Can someone please advise how to hide the Exit Button in 2007?

Hi,
even you hide it - there are still several ways to close it without button.
So if you need to run some code on application close - you can use some
hidden form unload event
