I have a report that is based on two queries and when I
create a report based on these two queries I get
duplicate records on my report. I run "hide Duplicate"
and all the information I need remains on the report, but
what I get and I don't want is the space where the
duplicate records are hiden. Question is "How do I get
rid of the lines and close up the spacing?"

If you don't want the duplicated data in the report, you
shuold eliminate it from the report's record source query,
perhaps just by setting the query's Unique records property?

Try opening the query from the query design window and see
if you can figure out what is making the records different.

Lin;

Does the lower Control "Butt" up against the upper Control? Meaning that
they touch each other. If not the lower Control won't move up.

A few times I had to add the "Totals" row to the query, (Click on the
"Totals" Icon. Looks like a Roman Letter E), and in that row selected
"First" instead of "Group By".

What it does is show only the first answer of it's kind for that field.

Works for certain type of information only, and it took me some
experimenting because when I used it on the primary key field of some
querries it reported that "No Current Record was found".

May be a long shot. But afterall we're talking about Access.

Oh; and very important. Create a copy of all Your work before You make any
changes in Access.
