How do I hide what my calendar shows to other people. I know there is a way
because I can see the details of other peoples calendar sometimes but not all
the times. Thanks.

Check the Private box in any appointments you want to hide the details in

Mark appointments/meetings you do not want to show details of as Private
(available in the lower right hand corner of the calendar item when opened.)

Wow - simple as that. I figured it was something in the options block.
Thanks for the assistance.

This doesn't actually HIDE the details, it just replaces the details with
"Private Appointment". When I'm setting up meetings or viewing a Group
Schedule, details for some users are displayed and others are not. I'd like
the details for my appointments to be hidden from other users, even if the
detail is "Private Appointment." Other users seem to be able to do this, but
I haven't found a way to set my calendar appointments so the details aren't
displayed to others who can view my free/busy schedule.

Make sure the Navigation Pane is on (View menu, Navigation Pane).
Click the Calendar option.
Choose Share My Calendar.
Click Permissions.
Make sure the “Default†Permission Level is set to None and that there are
no check marks or radio buttons activated.
Click OK.
