Hide and reveal text

I want to produce a question and answer slide.

The slide should initally show just the questions and then the user should
be able to reveal each answer sequentially.

How do I do this?

This is easily done with custom animations. Do you want the answers to
be revealed in order (that would be a regular animation) or an
unpredictable order based on, perhaps, audience response (that would be
a triggered animation).

Thanks for the feedback.

Couldn't figure out how to open and edit the slideshow in the link however,
custom animation should do the trick. I've produced a bullet point list with
questions followed by answers 1 - 12. So far I can only get each bullet
point to appear in sequence. I'd really like to have all the questions
appear together then have the answers appear in sequence.

Any help appreciated.

Worked out a method. All the questions in one text box, copy it and edit it
to show all the answers, then position the answer box just below the
questions and then animate the answer box. A bit messy having to line up the
boxes but it works!
