Hide a text box when condition is met

My intent is to hide a text box when the value is null (i.e. when the field
is blank). I attempted to make the text box "invisible" by setting the
conditional formatting to make the font and fill white. This works for the
font and fill, but the border is still present, which I have set for blue.
Can anyone help? Thanks for your time!

Working in the report design window, select the textbox, open its
properties, and find the CanGrow (and CanShrink) properties.

Set both to Yes.
