Hidden User Accts

I'm a bit confused about the following and need some input.
If I click on Computer Management, which expanded is
(%SystemRoot%\system32\compmgmt.msc /s)
and then click on LocalUsersAndGroups->Users
I see 6 different users on my laptop that were created
by default from my OEM recovery CD. Of this 6 are
only two that I recognize and that is Administrator and
my own account. The others do not show up when I
look in Control Panel->UserAccounts.
My curiosities are, how can I actually enable these
accounts so I could log onto them and see what they
might have to offer as to whether I want to delete, keep
or rename.

Windows has user accounts and system accounts.

User accounts are what you and others create to work with Windows XP.
There are several types of user account that differ in the amount of
permissions each has on the computer. For example, Limited accounts have
less permissions than Administrator accounts.

System accounts are created by Windows for its internal management.
Since users don't ordinarily have any need to work with these accounts -
and you can mess up your computer real nicely if you make a mistake with
these accounts - they are hidden by default.

To learn about the system accounts, consult your favorite search engine.
For example, use this as a search term:

what is the windows xp default account

May I presume that you can see the names of these accounts?
