Hello,

I am creating a presentation template that others will use. In Word you can
add hidden text to a document and I'm looking for the PowerPoint equivalent.
Text that appears in Normal View but does not show during the slide show. Is
there such a thing or do you use the Notes area, what's the best way of doing
this??

There are many ways to do this:

1) Add a comment.

2) Add a text box outside of the slide borders

3) Add a text box on the slide, but add a trigger to make itself appear

4) Add text to the notes page

Mostly (99% of the time) I use the notes pane.

Thanks for your prompt reply Bill. A text box outside the slide borders will
suit me perfectly.
