Hi,
I wish to use the hidden text feature to produce two versions of a document with a single file. I use MS Word 2010. I have complete rows of text with the "hidden" font attribute. When there is just one row at a time in my table, the document displays and prints fine when the hidden text is set to be hidden, in the Word options. The rows that are meant to be hidden are indeed hidden.
My problem is when I have more than one consecutive row hidden. Then I get blank rows; in fact, one less row than there are rows hidden. If I have two consecutive rows hidden, I get one blank row, if there are three, I get two blank rows, etc.
How can I get rid of those blank rows?
Thanks for your help.
