I am working in Access 97 and wanted to protect a query from being modified.
I right-clicked the query in the database window, chose Properties and
hidden. The query became invisible. The report based on it runs fine, but
I don't know how to unhide the query should I need to edit it. Can someone
help, please?

To view all your hidden objects, follow the instruction below. Once you see
your query, right-click it, choose proporties, and unhide it. Then, reverse
the steps below if you want to hide everything else again.

1. Choose Tools...Options from the menu bar.
2. Activate the View tab.
3. Check the Hidden objects box.
