Hidden page that can only be accessed with a password

Color Lady

I would like to have a page on my web site that only certain people can access.
I already have a tab for this page that says Consultants Only but I don't
know how to set up the rest.
 
PS
Remove spaces from the folder named "Consultants Only"
- is a underscore Consultants_Only or dash Consultants-Only
