Hidden Network Con. Desperatly Need Help

Dear All
I am not able to see my network connection (both dial up ,
DSL, wan) in the netwrok and dial up connection folder..
whether i use , Windows Explorer, Start -> Settings ->
Network Connections... Noehitng is working

But i can see m edit and use them using Microsoft Internet
Explorer's option --> Connection.

Whenever I try to make the new connection, even this
doesn't show up in the directory but in IE.

Any Idea.
