Is it possible to put in a hidden mail rule that automatically forwards all
emails sent by a specific user to somebody else, without the sender knowing.
I'm trying to keep tabs on my children's internet usage and it would be
useful to know who their sending stuff to. To offer them some sort of
privacy, the set up would be so it only send me copies of emails where
somebody isn't already in the address book.

Any thoughts, anyone?

If you're using Exchange (which is doubtful), you can set up the scenario on
the Exchange server.

What version of Outlook?

In internet mode, I don't believe so
They could of course add an address to the address book, or use a web based
service.
I believe messaging services are more likely to be of concern.
Perhaps better to educate them in the possible pitfalls/dangers
