hidden forms from outlook msg template

hello,

I have a problem displaying all custom forms off an outlook mail template. (OFT). Using Outlook 2003, with XP SP2.

We are able to open the template. Normally we should have 5 forms in the mail template (tabs) but only have two.

What can we do to display these forms that do not appear to be there ? Is there a switch to display all forms regardless of errors?

On another computer, the same template displays all the forms....

please help
