Hidden folders missing in Frontpage web.

Can anyone tell me why the following folders are not showing up when I open
my website in FP:
_borders, _fpclass, _overlay, _RDS, _themes. The only one that appears is
_private. Also the theme and borders are not showing on the web site when I
open it in a browser.
 
Tools->Site Settings - Advanced tag
Check the box "Show hidden files and folders"
Click OK, and refresh the web when asked.
