I got a new computer and I need to get my iPods music onto my new computer.
One way I've known how to do it is to get to Tools > Folder Options > View >
Then select the options to show hidden files. BUT, when I do that, the
hidden files don't show up. When I get back to the Folder Options > View, it
goes back into the default(do NOT show hidden files [which is NOT what I
need]).
I need it so it STAYS in "Show Hidden Files." Is there anything that might
help?

Your idea, has nothing to do with getting Music from your IPOD to your pc!
you need to install itunes software on your pc and use that to transfer the
music.

It gets the music from my iPod onto the actual Hard-drive, from there I
transfer it from the Hard drive onto the iTunes. You can't directly just take
it from the iPod to the computer, that would delete all my songs.

That's nowhere near my actual problem. I need to make it so I can view hidden
files.

You don't want to use iTunes to sync your iPod with your PC?
