Windows XP Hidden Files And Folders Menu Missing

I Have A Problem With Windows Xp.
In My Computer>menu Bar>tools>folder Option>view>hidden Filesand Folders>"show Hidden Files And Folders" Option Missing.
But The Othe Option "do Not Show Hidden Files And Folder" Is Present. Tell Me To Get "show Hidden Files And Folders"
