It seems that i have lost a lot of music data from one of my hard drives but I think it is still there because if i try to rename a new folder with the same name as a band name that I've lost, it says it is duplicated,

I have tried clicking on view and 'details' which brought back a few albums and I've clicked the 'Show hidden files' and done searches but nothing more has shown up. Tried a recovery programme that searches for partitions but there were none on my pc.

Any ideas please? A woman in distress!!!! :(
 
It could be hidden somewhere on the pc.


Try the search button on windows xp.


Have you delete them or format the pc?

Try download.com they have alot of recovery programme

If this does,nt work the data could be lost.
