ok I have exchanged the first one for another and still the same as the last time I wrote so it not the disk at least but no idea how to fix it. Thank you for any help you can give. Eric

Please try to post to the same thread if possible, thanks.
Do you have any other games or programs on original CD you
can try to install from. If so, try installing from them and post
back with the results in a reply to this message. Good luck!

Hi Eric,
It could be a problem with your CD or your CD ROM drive.
Please try to install software from another original CD to help
determine whether the media or the hardware is at fault.
Post back with the results, and we'll start the troubleshooting.
