HID-Compliant Device Troubles.

Ok, I have recently build a computer, isntalled Windows XP Pro on it, SP3,
all the updates, works great. Only problem is that my Logitech G15 keyboard
is having trouble. When I install it everything goes great, installed all the
drivers and software off the CD, the found new hardware wizard starts going,
installing stuff. Then I get to the HID-Compliant Device. It brings up the
wizard and offers the options (auto or choose yourself), I let it search
itself, and it can't find anything. This results in a keyboard whose media
keys work, the LCD screen and apps work but it won't type. The only time it
types in on boot (to get into the BIOS and whatnot). Whats up? Do I need to
download these drivers from somewhere?

SP3 is very new and seems to "break" a lot of other software. Head over to
Logitech (www.logitech.com) and look for info on their support for Windows XP
Sp3. (You should be able to also find the latest drivers there)

Logitech doesn't have an area for SP3, also a vista SP1 user seems to have
this problem too. Stupid windows. Im gonna go back to ubuntu if this doesn't
get fixed. Gonna call microsoft soon too.

I'm encountering similar problems with Logitech mice and trackballs after
installing SP3. I'd be very grateful if you could kindly post here if/when
you resolve this issue.
