If you've "closed it down" it's off, not hibernating.

Did you mean "closed the lid"?

Look through Control Panel > Power Options as well as Start > Help and
Support, there's a wealth of info on most things to do with your PC there,
and that's the last I'll rise to until I've assured myself that you're not a
troll.
