Hi,

Contact Toshiba support for the appropriate keyboard driver for the system.
You are using the standard 101/102 driver that comes with WinXP and does not
support the hibernate function. You need to replace it with the correct one
from the manufacturer.

Rick the problem is that this laptop was received 1 month ago and the
hibernation was working great, everything was working great. 3 days ago I
noticed that the message related to the Keyboard appeared and I started my
research for the solution. I followed the upgrade for keyboard driver and
also the reccomendation for Adobe, but none of them solved the issue. I also
try the automatic update from toshiba and the response is that my M35x S329
Toshiba Centrino is Up to date. Running XP Home SP2 as received. Any other
idea? Thanks Rick.

Have you tried uninstalling your antivirus (if you have it)? Sometimes, they cause this fails.

OK, having considered that the Laptop is one month old and not too much stuff
loaded yet, I decided to reinstall everything from scratch with the TOSHIBA
Recovery and Applications/Drivers DVD Satellite M30X/M35X Series that was
received with the purchase.
Of curse I have made Backup before doing that!.
I remember that I was doing something for the first time with QUICKEN NEW
USER EDITION 2004 "Release 1" that came pre installed and in a Toshiba Forum
someone wrote that Quicken could be the culprit. In fact the INTUIT page says
that with the last release "R5" was solved a perfomance issue related to
HIBERNATION.
I could not upgrade to solve my problem , so thats why my decision.
Finnally I want to thank to all of you that helped me a lot, many, many ,
many thanks.

Im sorry I forget to mention that everything is running OK so far. And I fell
confuse because this Software was preinstalled and I can not believe that
something pre installed can cause this problem.
thanks again.
