I dont't have the option Hibernate in my control Panel,
even in my Control Panel --> Power Options,

Is there is anyway I can add it?

Can I Re-Install XP again

This usually means there is something on your system that is not compatible
with this feature. It might be your graphics card or it may simply be your
system is older and doesn't support this function.
