Hibernate

I have been told that hibernation requires the ATX power supply because of
it's standby features. I use only single supply 5 vdc SBC's and was curious
if that is the case or not.

I believe so, because a signal needs to be sent to the power supply to power
down.

BTW,
Hibernation & Horm waork just fine on the Single Supply SBC.
