OK, I've been trying to figure out why I can no longer put an IBM T30 into
standby or hibernate mode. They are not even available under Power options. I
can select hibernate under Power options, but it reverts back to "do nothing."
This seemed to develop after I installed IE 6; but the laptop also had to have
it's system board replaced at around the same time. So I'm trying to eliminate
the reasons to figure out where to find the fix.
TIA!
