Click on the Start Button - the hibernate button is just to the right of the
Search field....un-named!

Start button options are controlled in the Power Options dialogue

Start Orb
'Power Options'
change plan settings for the power options you use
change advanced power settings
Power Buttons and lid
Start Menu power button
normal settings are:
On Battery: Hibernate
Plugged in: Sleep

change as you will.

You may have removed the c:\hiberfil.sys file from the system which will
disable hibernation.
To get it back, at an elevated cmd window issue the command

powercfg -h on

this should create the hiberfil.sys file and restore the ability to
hibernate.

(you may have removed the hiberfil.sys by running disk cleanup on the C:
drive and selecting the hibernate file cleanup option).
