Hiber_fasttx2k.sys causing bluescreen when PC hibernates

Hello,
Basically whenever my PC goes into hibernation this file causes a bluescreen
and I must shutdown the computer. This just started about 2 months ago,
previously there were no problems. My computer has an ASUS A7V8X motherboard
and I recently flashed with the most current BIOS.
Any info would be greatly appreciated since I cannot even find any
information about this file
 
Same problem here wit Asus P4PE. After reinstalling nomore hibernating
possible. No idea why and what can be the reason. It worked fine for 2
years and after reinstallind XP i got this error, and it is freaking
me out!!!
