Hi I really need help. I am using Mirosoft Word 6.0 I believe. It is part of Windows XP Microsoft Task Launcher which was already installed

My problem is that I am unable to overlap letters and still be able to see them. I inserted two text boxes and in each I have typed the letter C. However when I overlap the letters I am unable to see the one behind. It's as though there is a white background in the text boxes however when I select NO FIll I still can't see the letter behind. I can do this easily on much much older versions of Word I.e. NT and 95

I have already overlapped two C's on Free Avery Design software and I am unable to copy and Patse it into word even though it is merey two text boxes with Font Style PARIS. If I can copy and paste it into a word document I will then no longer need to use the Text Box method on word. So help with either problem would help

Thank you

It sounds like you need to use WordArt for what you want to do. Check the
Word Help file for details on this tool.

Hi Thankyou very very much Sharon F. I have spent a whole day at the computer and I was really stuck with the overlapping of two letters. I don't know how to thank you enough. Thank you
