We have a "help system" that uses a table of contents (.hhc file). In some
of our machines, this table of contents (we call it navigator) does not
render or display. We've found out that there are "registry workarounds" to
fix this problem (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/892675/) and so we tried
them. In most machines, modifying the registry (as recommended by the
article in the link above) worked and fixed the problem. In some machines
however, the problem still remains. Does anybody know of any other workaround
to fix this problem? What could be causing this?
We have Windows XP in all our machines, and we use IE6.0.
Thanks.
