I assume that your Panasonic camcorder has a memory card to store still
pictures, apart from the video stored on tape. If so, you need a USB memory
card reader (about $25.00). You connect the USB memory card reader to your
computer with the memory card from your Panasonic camcorder inserted in it.
Then you can transfer the picture from your Panasonic memory card to your
computer.
