If I was talking to my dog, I would not say Hey!

Please try again, we are not dogs.

I WAS NOT TRYING TO BE RUDE. BUT I NEVER SAID YOU WAS A DOG. I WILL GET HELP SOMEWHERE ELSE. I AM GOING TO PRAY FOR YOU, THANKS ANYWAY

Your email account provider has that information.
They should have a help page on their website.
If you tell us who provides your email account, perhaps someone can assist
you.

You may not have been trying to be rude, but it came across that way.
Also, posting in all CAPS is considered shouting, another rude mannerism.

Do you have an existing email address? If so, what is the part of
your email address after the @ symbol? That part represents your
mail service provider.
Your mail provider will typically have a web page that shows how to
set up an email program. If you need more help, tell us the name of
your email service provider. If you currently don't have an email
address, we can help with that also.

THEY WANT THE INFORMATION ON INCOMING E-MAIL SERVER TYPE AND HERE IS THE LIST YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE POP3,IMAP,HTTP. AND INCOMING EMAIL HERE IS THE LIST POP3 OR IMAP,OUTGOING E-MAIL SERVER SMTP NAMES. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM TYPE THANKS

Is your Yahoo account a free one, a paid one, or sponsored through your
ISP (AT&T or Verizon)? The bad news is that US-based free Yahoo accounts
have webmail access only, no POP access. Windows Mail handles POP mail
but not Yahoo webmail. Yahoo's solution is to pay them for premium
"Mail Plus" service, see:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/overview/index.html
which then requires you to use these special settings for that service:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/mailplus/pop/pop-14.html

If you are OK with using a non-Yahoo email address, you have these other
solutions that will work with Windows Mail:
* Use the email address assigned to you by your ISP.
* Use a free Gmail, AOL, or Hotmail/Live account.

You can also continue to use Yahoo's webmail: http://mail.yahoo.com
If you need more help with any of these solutions, just ask.
