Use the Help - Send Feedback feature to complain to MS - we're all just
volunteers here, not paid MS employees.

There is no Help | Send Feedback in WinMail, and if there were they would
just dump it as they did in OE.
The only way to effectively complain to MS is to phone them and keep them on
the line as long as possible. That way they have to log the complaint.
Complaining in this NG does nothing with respect to MS.
