Hey! what wrong with the damn .net framework 1.1 sp1 for w2k3?!

my iis 6 was alright
but after installed .net 1.1 sp1 from windows update, it down!!!!

after rebooted, always "Server is too busy" !!!!!!! untill now!!!!!

What wrong with this nuts thing?!!

I somehow feel like "iisreset.exe" does a bit more than just stopping and
restarting the iis service. Have you tried that?

sure, i've tried all ways to restart IIS6, but it is still always show
"Server is too busy" even after every times restarting
