What a family present!
Train tickets from Exeter to Paddington and then to Lord's for England v. India, 3rd day, first test, top tier of main stand. Unfortunately each spectator is only allowed to take in two pints of beer OR a 75cl bottle of wine - what do you do after lunch? I know-pay three times what it costs in Bude, but can't complain - haven't been in London since Cornwall v. Cheshire, rugby county championship (lost).

Had a brilliant day, lunch at the Falcon Hotel, Bude and dinner to come Friday at the Tree Inn, Stratton. If you're ever in the area these places are fantastic - really old-fashioned. Thanks for all the good wishes.
