Jonathan:
MSN 6 under Win XP.
I have read many threads here to make sure I've already tried everything.
I have read your general answer for audio problems many times. (The one
where you advise them to do the wizard -- Followed by Checking the built in
Firewall, then their personal firewall -- then you tell them about port
forwardings with routers. Followed by unchecking the QoS)
I have tried all of these scenarios many times.
With a router. - no audio.
By removing the router completely and accessing directly. - no audio
By Removing the router and my firewall. - no audio.
The only thing I haven't done is format my entire system to see if it will
work then.
Nothing... and I mean NOTHING is allowing me to talk to my friends out
west. their audio works fine when talking to each other, I'm the odd guy
out. It's been weeks this has been happening and I'm getting pretty
frustrated.
My question is: What does a guy hafta do to make his flippin audio
work?
me.
