I am set up in XP with three users: me, my wife and

available to me or my wife but not the children, such as
an computer game meant only for more mature kids or
adults?

You don't. But you can hide the program by moving the shortcut from
C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\ALL USERS\START MENU to the personal START
MENU folders in the adult's profiles. If you need additional safety
you may encrypt the EXE file of the application.

Your best bet is to load the game...play...remove the
program from computer. Play again? Re-load the game...etc.

How long does it take to load the program?
Minutes?
Hours?
How often do you play the game?
Daily?
Weekly?

Hi Eric,

As Thorsten has mentioned, it's not directly controllable, but MVP Doug Knox
has written a small utility that you can use to set these sorts of controls.
Try it on the utilites section of www.dougknox.com
