Hello,

I am setting up a DNS server and saw an Alias(CNAME)in the
forward lookup zone "_msdcs.PLMA.JJT.local" of "60dd0f67-
43fa-4af2-a9f5-70632f418071" with a FQDN of "60dd0f67-43fa-
4af2-a9f5-70632f418071._msdcs.PLMA.JJT.local" and a target
host name of "plmadc01.plma.jjt.local".

Can anyone tell me what the 32 numeric character name
represents?

Thanks,
Rich

That's actually the domain GUID.
