Don't buy HP printers anymore! Our department used hp printers for 15 years.
NO MORE!

Just bought a LaserJet 4200 and called their service department. BIG
MISTAKE! It's now in INDIA! After an hour on the phone to the India
support, and being transferred to 12 PEOPLE, they admitted they couldn't
help! ...and the HP 4200 PCL 6 driver has a bug, and they did everything
they could in India... and they told me to use the old driver (PCL 5)
instead! THE OLD DRIVER prints at 600dpi, NOT 1200dpi.
I'm taking back this "600 dpi, $1000 printer"

Hey! HP! Take this printer and shove it!

HP SUCKS!

Really? And what brand are you switching to that doesn't suck?

I took a look at the 4200 series earlier this year and wound up buying 4
used HP 5Si printers. They do everything I need and parts are readily
available from 3rd parties.

The 4200 also runs PostScript Level 3. Can you use that driver?
