I know it's not a Windows problem but maybe somebody here can help me get my
HP PSC-750 printer, scanner, copier working right. It does print copies
perfectly. There appears to be plenty of ink in both cartridges and the
black cartridge is brand new. It prints the test print page just fine. I
can't get it to print from the computer. It shows "Press enter to align
cartridges". Then when I press enter it prints a blank page and says
"Printing alignment page" then "Alignment failed" then "Press enter to align
cartridges".

Since it prints copies just fine, the printer is working and I'd hate to
have to buy a new one. Any Ideas?

I am having exactly the same problem as you and I cannot seem to figure it
out. It prints the test page perfectly but then I get the same message about
aligning the cartridges. Also, it won't allow me to copy on the copy portion
of the printer. Hopefully someone will have an answer to our problem. Joan

Have you gone to the hp.com website to check for current driver/software for
this printer, or did it come with a cd with software . Is it running on an
HP computer or another brand. When you go to the hp.com website to search
for drivers it will ask you to enter the model number and then display any
updates available. Download and install if this is the case.
