Hewlett-Packard OEM MS Office Basic 2003

After a trojan/worm on my Window XP Pro 2003 caused me to reload all, I was
looking for a way to backup/restore my CONTACT list in MS Outlook 2003 in
case I was ever faced with that again. My computer was again working fine, I
downloaded
SP 3 for XP and Office, got back to a fully updated Office and XP though
automated MS updates

THE PROBLEM I NO FACE -Microsoft disabled my abililty to DL mail
I attempted to download a BACKUP UTILITY for Contact list at Microsoft, and
it first looked to find my Office 2003 (HP OEM, came with computer purchase
in Jan 2005), and I FAILED activation, even though I have been receiving
updates for years, and THEN Microsoft disabled JUST my ability to download
mail from Outlook, but NOT Outlook Espress. This happend about 3 years ago,
I left an e-mail and MS fixed it for me when I supplied my LEGAL Product Key.
I need this to happen again, since even though I uninstall, reinstall my
Office 2003 Basic OEM, I still can't download mail except through Outlook
Express. Request: I need Microsoft help to undo this VERY INCORRECT
disabling of my Office products (XCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK). To moderator, I don't
think I should put my Product Key here publically,
but I will supply it if you need it to UNDO the damage you have wrongly done
to Me!
Thanks for the help. I was asked to pay $49.00 to get help from you, and
that is
ridiculous since YOU wrongly broke my Microsoft office.
