Hewlett Packard Desk Jet 712C Printer

I have the above printer plugged in to my computer and
with Windows XP - -when I go to print a page from the
internet with various colors - all I get is black print
and where other colors should be all I get is pink! Is
my printer compatable with Windows XP? Need an ansqwer
from someone. Thanks!
