My client is a delegate (as an editor) for five different managers. She booked a reocurring meeting in October that carries on to December 2005.
She booked this meeting as delegate on behalf of one of the managers. Today, she got a request to add an additional attendee to that meeting. Ideally, you'd open the series and click on the scheduling tab, add the new attendee and send an update. For this meeting and this meeting only, she has the "Add Others" button on the "Scheduling" tab of the meeting grayed out. Also, she doesn't have the tracking tab.
Note: All other meetings that she booked for this manager and other managers appear normal, as in, she could add more attendees if she wishes.
Any ideas? I have not seen this one before and before attempting a drastic troubleshooting method (like creating new Exchange profile or re-installing Outlook), I'd love to hear if anyone has any tweaks or suggestions.
Thanks,
CJ Vasani
