Please repost this addressed to the whole newsgroup. This thread is on
undeletable files. Start a new Subject line which describes the main issue,
e.g."C:/WINDOWS/IFSHLP.SYSWINNIT.EXE missing." Press Send or New Post, not
Reply. To get a solution quickly, you need to supply more information about
your computer, the situation the error occurs in, etc.. Give it some
thought before composing your message. This article is very helpful.

I don't know this file, and, a Google search did not find a match. However,
someone in the newsgroup may have knowledge of this missing file. So, do
repost.

Meanwhile, you may like to learn more about the proper approach to a stop
message like yours. The "General Troubleshooting of STOP Messages" in this
link is particularly relevant.
http://aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm. Of the steps mentioned in the text you
can take now, I would suggest running virus and other malware scans first.
Another simple step is rolling back your computer to a date before this
error occurred using System Restore.
