John, you should have started a new thread, i.e. pressed New Post or Send,
not Reply. This thread is about undeletable files.
I have not used AutoCAD, so here is only a general comment.
Clear all temporary files and cookies. Disk Cleanup. Defrag.
Run a virus scan. Do keep up to date your anti-virus, anti-spyware/adware.
Is this tardy access specific to AutoCAD?
Is there a System Restore Point to roll back to before this started?
Was there any alteration to the system, software or hardware, just before?
Can that be uninstalled/removed?
What did the tech support of AutoCAD say?
There is not enough info about the setup/circumstance.
