Besides writing questions not dependent on a file., also...
Don't post a subject of HELP.
The subject should have at least 3 words to try to make it
unique among newsgroup questions so people can tell
from the subject if they are interested in question/answers
In counting 3 words for the suggested minimum words like
help, excel, and any word in the newsgroup name do not count.
You can use the fill handle a formula to copy the formula to
the right. (Frank already gave formula suggestions).

All of this will help people who search the newsgroup archives
for answers to previously posted questions. Since a few thousand
postings are made in the Excel newsgroups everyday any reduction
helps.
