I have a worm....how do i fix it?

Teresa, a little more info is required. Do you get an
error message, if so, what is it? Anything else unusual
that may help.

hi, I have no idea how you know you have a worm, but you
can download free virus protection software from
www.grisoft.com it is called avg. install, go to update
manager, update at once, and see what it finds. I have it
on my pc, and it has not missed a virus, or trojan yet,
so long as you keep it updated, and it is free !!!!!!!
