HELP

I just deleted something from my recycle bin and realized
that it was very important. They were my AOL settings and
files that were stored onto my computer, I suppose. So
now when I sign on to my AOL account all of my saved
mail, my favorites, and away messages were all gone and I
was stuck on default. Anyways, I was wondering if there
was any way to retrieve those files that I had deleted
from my recycle bin. I would greatly appreaciate it.

I recently deleted a file and did a system restore for
another problem and after the restore the file was back
in its original place? Worth a try?
