I'm running XP & IE6...everything on my computer seems fine but...
in the past few days I click on IE & it wants me to use a dial up connection??
I have a T1 line here at work & am always "on" & my instant messager
programs works fine & PC Anywhere works fine...but IE thinks I'm offline & my
Ad Aware program thought so to...and the dial up window keeps popping up.
Sometimes it won't get my e-mail, either thinking I'm offline...says I must
be connected. But I am...I need help, I don't understand what's going on.
I have anti virus software that says I don't have any viruses, I run spy bot
software, etc....
Can anyone help me???

Thanks so much
Trish

IE tools, internet options, connections. Any entries in the Dial Up and VPN
settings that shouldn't be there? If so, delete them.

IE thinks it is offline:

Dialup window appears without prompting:
