Hi,

My first problem is I've no idea how to use Microsoft
online support. The next problem is that I've
recently bought a new computer and it seems to have a
couple of problems. The main one is that when I access
tiscali.co.uk, open my email box and then try and
and read the messages this happens:
Not Found
Requested URL not found on this server.
Internet Mail version 6.7.018 server at mk-
cpfrontend.uk.tiscali.com

Why? And what can I do about it? It's causing me a big
problem.
The other thing is that my computer is continuously
asking me to debug. This is a real pain. It must happen
about ten times a day and then it's impossible to debug.
It happens when I'm online. What can I do about
this?

I really need to sort this out.

Regards
Neil

Hi there Neil,

I would like to answer the second part....

Try disabling script debugger:

* Open IE, Click tools and select Internet Options, choose the Advanced tab and deselect "Disable Script Debugging" under the Browsing section.

Alternatively, apply this patch:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/disabledebugger.reg

** Double-click to install and click Yes when prompted.
