I'm so frustrated right now. I have a problem with IE
that I can't seem to fix. On so many sites, when I click
the "back" button I get this message:

"Warning: Page has Expired
The page you requested was created using information you
submitted in a form. This page is no longer available.
As a security precaution, Internet Explorer does not
automatically resubmit you information for you. To
resubmit your information and view this Web page, click
the Refresh button"

I can't tell you how annoying this is. I'm running XP
and have other computers in my house that don't do this.
Please help me! I'll try to check back at this forum but
I'm almost unsure how I got here in the first place since
I was looking for a way to simply email microsoft to ask,
but if you could email me with your help it would be
soooooo great! Thanks ahead of time for anything you can
do!

I fixed this problem by removing CookieCop from my system. If you have any
third-party cookie blockers or popup blockers, try removing them.

Well - you might want to try this. Not sure if it will
work, however no harm in trying

Tools --> Internet Option --> General
Now click on the Settings... button for Temprary Internet
Files and choose "Every visit to page" for check for
newer versions of stored pages
