You can create a Password Reset Disk in User Accounts control panel.
You can also change your own password in User Accounts (but no body
elses).

1. Start, Settings, User Accounts
2. Select Account to change
3. Select 'Change my password' if you want to change it.
4. On the Task pane, select 'Prevent a forgotten password' to create a
Password Reset Disk.
